Disclosing and/or sharing ANY information, circumstances, activities, videos, or photographs of travelers and Tour Guide during the trip is strictly PROHIBITED.
SCHEDULE
CANNOT and/or WILL NOT be modified to fit your personal needs. Be ready and on time at the scheduled pick up locations.
ITINERARY
Do not request to modify the original itinerary to fit any personal demands. Suggestions can be made, discussed, and/ or agreed upon during breakfast. Suggestions are welcome and will be taken into consideration but ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
LUGGAGE
DO NOT bring bulky or oversized luggage, a backpack is highly recommended. Keep in mind that this is just a two day trip, pack light, space is limited!
BEHAVIOR
Violent, disruptive, and/or disrespectful behavior during the trip CAN AND WILL result in legal charges, financial compensation for fellow travelers, being outcast, expelled, and/or abandoned, regardless of reason, location, weather, financial, physical, mental, emotional, and environmental situation.
HEALTH SAFETY
To avoid allergic reactions, bring your own personal items for “Me-Time”.
Bring and DO NOT share your medications with others.
EXPENSES
You MUST pay and/or provide for your meals, drinks, admissions, and/or personal expenses. The ONLY meals, drinks, and admissions provided by Tours By Zory will be stated in the itinerary. NO ONE else is or will be responsible or obligated to provide fellow travelers with meals, drinks, admissions, and/or personal expenses during the trip.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO:
Photographing, filming, and/or audio recording fellow travelers and/or tour guide WITHOUT their knowledge, consent, and/or approval is PROHIBITED.
Engaging in video calls while inside the vehicle or in areas where fellow guests could be visible is PROHIBITED.
CONTROVERSIAL TOPICS
Religious, political, racial, abusive, violent, and/or sexually explicit topics are PROHIBITED.
REFUNDS
Reimbursement is ONLY given up 3 days prior to the trip.

Reimbursement WILL NOT be given:

after the trip ends.

if you are expelled/removed from the trip due to disruptive/violent behavior.

if your behavior is physically, verbally, mentally, and/or emotionally violent towards ANYONE during the trip.

if you are not ready and prepared at the pick up location, late wake up at the hotel, and/or not boarding the vehicle at the time stated in the itinerary.
